Those submitting an entry for the DVB-I Product & Service Directory on this website must agree to the Terms & Conditions below.

Terms and Conditions for Directory Submissions

By submitting your information to the directory on the dvb-i.tv website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Submission of Information:
    By submitting information for inclusion in our directory, you grant the DVB Project the right to publish, display, and distribute the submitted information on our website.
  2. Information Accuracy:
    You confirm that the information submitted is accurate and up-to-date to the best of your knowledge. The DVB Project reserves the right to verify and update the information as needed.
  3. Editing for Clarity and Correction:
    The DVB Project may, at its discretion, edit the submitted information for clarity or to correct spelling or grammatical errors. Any significant changes will be communicated to you for approval before publication.
  4. Removal or Updates:
    If you wish to request the removal or update of your information in the directory, please send an email to dvb@dvb.org with your specific request. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request in a timely manner.
  5. Email Privacy:
    Your email address, provided during the submission process, will not be published on the website. It will only be used by the DVB Project to contact you in relation to the directory, such as for updates or clarifications.
  6. Published Contact Details:
    Only the contact details explicitly added to the designated field for public display will be published on the website. No other personal information beyond what is explicitly entered for public display will be made accessible to website visitors.
  7. Acceptance of Changes:
    The DVB Project reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Continued use of the directory constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
  8. Termination of Listing:
    The DVB Project reserves the right to remove any listing from the directory at its sole discretion, without notice, if it determines that the submitted information violates these terms and conditions or is otherwise inappropriate.
  9. Governing Law:
    These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland.  The ordinary courts of the Canton of Geneva shall have jurisdiction for any disputes arising from these terms and conditions.
